Joseph A. Grzyb (Joe), CEO,
has over 25 years of experience in leading, managing, and growing high-tech companies, particularly in the semiconductor space. Prior to joining HexaTech, Joe held positions as CEO of Reactive NanoTechnologies, Inc and General Manager of the $400M per year Power Amplifier division at RF Micro Devices, Inc. He has also held senior positions at the ITT Gallium Arsenide Technology Center, AmeriTech Exports, Inc. and the US Air Force's Avionics Laboratory. Mr. Grzyb received his BS in Engineering and Masters in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.

Dr. Zlatko Sitar, President & CTO,
pioneered development of III-nitride thin films in the late 1980s and crystal growth in the late 1990s. He has led several research projects and national consortia focusing on development of various aspects of wide bandgap semiconductors. The findings of this work have been published in close to 200 peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters and presented at various international forums. In 2001, he co-founded HexaTech with Dr. Schlesser.

Lawson Rankin, CFO,
is managing the financial affairs of the company including oversight of its financial and internal control systems, compliance reporting and general administrative matters. Mr. Rankin is a partner in the financial services firm of Rankin-McKenzie.

Dr. Raoul Schlesser, VP Development,
is internationally recognized in wide bandgap semiconductor physics and crystal growth technology. He co-authored over 90 scientific publications on wide bandgap semiconductors and was invited speaker at numerous international conferences.

David N. Henshall, Director of Wafer Fabrication,
has been leading and supporting explosive growth of small semiconductor companies for over 15 years. He has held multiple leadership positions in Engineering, R&D, and Operations, including managing an Operations group of over 200 employees. He joined ATMI as a start-up in the early 90's, then spent 11 years at Cree Inc. where his leadership helped enable annual revenue grow from $15 million to over $400 million. Additionally, he served as Director of R&D for MEMSCAP Inc. where he achieved 42% revenue growth within a year. Mr. Henshall received his B.S. and M.S. in Ceramic Engineering and Material Science from Alfred University.
